Job summary

BREAD FRESH SIGNATURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a production supervisor to oversee bakery lines, ensuring quality and adherence to recipes and specifications. You will plan, manage and optimize production flow, supervise staff, and ensure sanitation and safety compliance.

The role involves inventory requisition, rotation and dating of products, and support for product development in collaboration with R&D teams. On-site bakery environment with emphasis on hygiene and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
• Ability to supervise production staff and ensure hygiene and cleanliness.

• Ensure quality and consistency according to specifications and/or recipes.
• Plan and execute and manage production lines accordingly.
• Assist on products in Research and Design.
• Ensure proper rotation, labelling, and dating of food.
• Requisition inventory according to menus and planned production for bakery.
• Supervise production staff to ensure proper sanitizing of hand and equipment; following of safety rules and that the work areas are kept in a clean and safe condition. Ensure housekeeping in place.
• Supervise all ongoing production of dough, baked items; ensure quantity is according to specifications
