Qualifications

• 5-10 years hands-on experience supporting front-office trading platforms.
• 5+ years working with Trading and Sales on a trading floor.
• Proven experience supporting client-facing FX electronic trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of low-latency trading environments.
• Expertise in Python, Java and SQL development and scripting.
• Experience across Unix/Linux and Windows environments for troubleshooting.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Geneos, Corvil).
• Exposure to cloud technologies and AI capabilities.
• Good knowledge of FX and Fixed Income markets and workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Digital FX and eTrading platforms

Join us as a Production Specialist – Digital FX

• We're looking for an experienced Production Specialist to support and enhance our critical Digital FX, eTrading and client-facing platforms. This is a highly visible, front-office-facing role where you'll work directly with Trading and Sales teams to ensure platform stability, resilience and performance across our global trading environment.
• You’ll play a key role in maintaining business-critical systems, driving automation initiatives and contributing to our cloud and AI transformation journey.

What you’ll do

This is a dynamic hands‑on role operating within a fast‑paced trading floor environment. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams and global production support colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver continuous improvement.

You’ll also be:

• Supporting incident, problem and production management to ensure platform stability and service excellence
• Providing application support and operational management for Digital FX and electronic trading platforms
• Proactively monitoring platform health before APAC market open, enabling early detection and resolution of issues
• Working as hands‑on Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), to drive automation, toil reduction, observability and other strategic initiatives
• Collaborating with engineering teams to support platform releases, upgrades and strategic change initiatives
• Contributing to the bank's cloud transformation and adoption of emerging technologies
• Investigating recurring incidents and identifying opportunities to improve platform resilience and service quality
• Supporting change implementations, including occasional weekend activities where required
• Working from the office at least three days per week

The skills you’ll need

• 5-10 years of hands‑on experience supporting front‑office trading platforms
• 5+ years of experience working directly with Trading and Sales teams on a trading floor
• Proven experience supporting client‑facing FX electronic trading platforms, including single‑dealer and Digital FX solutions
• Strong understanding of low‑latency electronic trading environments
• Excellent development and scripting skills using Python, Java and SQL
• Advanced troubleshooting and automation experience across Unix/Linux and Windows environments
• Experience with observability and monitoring technologies such as Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Geneos and Corvil
• Exposure to cloud technologies and emerging AI capabilities
• Good knowledge of FX and Fixed Income markets, including:
  FX Spot, Forwards, Options and NDFs
  Bonds and Interest Rate Swaps
  Pricing, risk management and electronic trading workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

Desirable

• Professional certifications in Cloud, Python, SRE or automation technologies
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build trusted relationships across technology, business and leadership teams
• Experience driving automation, operational excellence and platform transformation initiatives
