As we want to continue growing, we hope to find, as soon as possible, for the following position in our subsidiary in Singapore:Production SpecialistRole Purpose:Value creator who is involved directly in manufacturing of products.Major Accountabilities:Carry out activities (e.g: operating machine, soldering, testing, packing, gluing, etc) based on a daily production schedule as assigned by the SuperiorFollow and adherence to production document and process/work instruction during operation and stop and escalate if any non conformance/issue (e.g: on product/raw material quality issues, fixture problem, and test rejects encountered.)Record of the production data (clocking time, defects/rejects, etc)Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment/process operationIdentify and promptly report hazards to Supervisor immediatelyMaintain the work area clean, safe and organized by 5S house-keepingWork with the respective parties to resolve technical issues and improve production processesWork on 1st level technical issue(s) and sustaining production processes when neededInvolve in line balancing activities within work cells/ Self-organizingRole Requirements:Minimum of a NITEC in Engineering; Fresh graduates are welcomed to applyExperience in Electronics industry as an added advantagePrepared to learn and adapt to new challengesGood problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal and teamwork skillsExperience in assembly, machine handling or troubleshootingSingaporean and/or Singaporean PRs are welcomed to applyHave we piqued your interest?Then we would like to meet you.
