Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is hiring a Production Planner to manage and optimize manufacturing schedules in Singapore.

You will forecast demand, align resources, and collaborate with project leaders to ensure timely delivery while maintaining BOM accuracy and material availability. The role includes coordinating with purchasing and production teams and adhering to RBA standards. The position requires at least a Diploma in a related field and a minimum of two years of production planning

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production planning in the semiconductor or contract manufacturing industry.
• Experience in EMS, electronics, electrical, or contract manufacturing industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability.
• Collaborate with project leaders, planners, and production supervisors to prioritize work in line with delivery timelines.
• Handle material and production planning, including the requisition of materials and updating of Bill of Materials (BOM) or implementing design changes.
• Confirm orders based on the availability of materials and production capacity.
• Coordinate with purchasing teams to plan and manage material deliveries, preventing excess inventory buildup.
• Monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Ensure the timely closure of production orders to facilitate invoicing.
• Maintain compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.
• Got normal shift and weekend shift position, Weekend shift is Work from home Sat and Sunday
