Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Production Planner for our Manufacturing / Precision Engineering division. The role involves reviewing work orders, maintaining schedules, and coordinating with Purchasing to secure materials and subcontractors.

You will work with Production Supervisors to ensure on-time execution and monitor orders to completion. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of planning experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and a Diploma in Engineering or related

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of production planning experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with Navision or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
• Able to coordinate production schedules, materials and subcontract processes.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and ensure production requirements are accurately captured.
• Maintain production planning and scheduling records.
• Raise purchase requisitions for subcontract processes such as plating and heat treatment.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely availability of raw materials and parts.
• Work closely with Production Supervisors and Managers on production schedules.
• Monitor production orders and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely completion.
• Support other production planning and coordination duties as assigned.

Production Planner (Manufacturing / Precision Engineering)

Location: Buroh Street, a few bus stops from Boon Lay MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm

Salary: Up to $3,500 basic + Bonus

Employment Type: Permanent
