Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced production operations lead in Singapore to manage and optimize workflows across multiple products.

You will plan staffing, materials, and schedules to maximize throughput and minimize downtime, while coordinating with QA, warehouse, and other teams. Applicants should have a diploma or higher and at least five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required to prepare reports and present performance

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

• Schedule orders according to production needs.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc)
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Keep paperwork organized.
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff

Salary: $5000 - $6000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Working Days: Mon – Thurs 7.30am – 4pm, Fri 7.30am – 5pm
Location: Pioneer
