Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a division of Element Solutions Inc., is seeking a detail-oriented Planner to coordinate production schedules, manage material requirements and ensure timely delivery of products in Singapore. This role optimizes manufacturing operations, balances supply and demand, and supports on-time delivery to customers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain or related field with 2–3 years of planning experience and proficiency in ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2-3 years of planning experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Issuance of work orders to Production and ensure raw materials are assigned and consumed accordingly.
• Coordinate with procurement on raw materials requirements to ensure availability for production.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Engineering, Customer Service, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure on-time production, goods availability, order fulfilment status and on-time delivery requirements.
• Track inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stocks, aligning with Company’s targets.
