Job summary

A Dreamworks Company Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a production operator to set up, operate and monitor automated production and packaging machinery, ensuring smooth line performance.

You will perform quality checks, follow GMP and safety SOPs, document data, and work rotating shifts including weekends and overtime. Physical tasks include lifting up to 15 kg and standing for long periods. You will collaborate with teammates and use material handling equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing/production experience is a must.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift 15KG and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
• Motorbike+Autopass for the candidates who stays JB

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated production/packaging machinery
• Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the production process
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
• Follow safety protocols, SOPs, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Accurately document production data, downtime, and quality metrics
• Load/unload materials and manage inventory of raw materials/finished goods
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S standards)
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leads to meet production goals
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) as needed

Working hours:

4 day work week- 12 hours shift (730am-730pm/730pm-730am)
