Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate production equipment, monitor performance, and ensure quality during 7AM–7PM shifts, with occasional night rotations. Company transport is provided islandwide across Singapore to support on-time attendance.

You will follow standard work instructions, assist in training new operators, and maintain accurate production records for traceability in a safe, efficient production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and ensure smooth machine operations.
• Identify machine breakdowns, malfunctions, or product quality issues.
• Support training and onboarding of new operators when required.
• Follow work instructions, production targets, and quality standards.
• Record production data accurately to maintain proper traceability.
• Check raw materials delivered by warehouse according to production needs.
• Handle loading of raw materials and semi-finished goods for production.
• Inspect final output including total length, good quality products, and defective products.
• Prepare finished goods for packing and collection by the TPA operator.
