Job summary

Denka Advantech Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a production operator to carry out daily manufacturing activities at TuasSouth. You will feed in raw materials, pack products, operate machinery, perform inspections, and maintain production records to ensure quality and output targets.

You will work on a rotating three-shift schedule after training, with safety procedures emphasised and strict housekeeping. On-the-job training will be provided to equip you with forklift operation and equipment

Qualifications

• O Level or equivalent qualification.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (<25kg).
• On-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Feed-in of raw material or recycle product.
• Pack products and operate equipment to meet daily production targets.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs.
• Operate forklift to retrieve materials and stack in warehouse.
• Update production records and ensure compliance with Work Instructions.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to safety procedures.

Job Description:

Carry out daily production activities that includes:

• Feed-in of raw material or recycle product
• Packing of products
• Operate equipment and machinery to meet daily production target
• Ensure that quality and output is met
• Check and inspect production machinery or equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and carry out basic repair
• Operate forklift to retrieve raw material and stack product from and into the warehouse respectively
• Update production record and activities
• Ensure that all production activities are carried out in accordance with Work Instruction (WI).
• Maintain good housekeeping of the production area
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations
• Able to operate mixer
• Rotating 3 shift schedule after training (0015-0830/ 0815-1630/ 1615-0030)
