Job summary

MOLEX SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a production operator to set up and operate plating process machines to meet daily output targets and quality standards.

The role requires ensuring material readiness, performing basic preventive maintenance, and documenting production data for monitoring purposes. You will work in permanent shifts as defined in the contract, with strict adherence to safety rules, routine housekeeping, and timely reporting of issues to Leads and Supervisors to support

Qualifications

• Operates production equipment to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Performs basic preventive maintenance and records data accurately.
• Maintains good housekeeping and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and operate plating process to meet daily targets.
• Ensure sufficient raw materials; request shortages from Leads.
• Inspect finished products for specifications; sort rejects before QA buyoff.
• Maintain machine safety checks and complete production records.
• Inform Lead/Supervisor of issues and unfulfilled targets.
