Job summary

SATS Ltd is hiring a Production Operator for our Singapore location at 234 Pandan Loop. This full-time, on-site role offers opportunities for career growth within our food solutions and gateway services division.

You will support daily meal production, assist with food preparation and hygiene tasks, and collaborate with Culinary and Operations teams to ensure quality and timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Holder of Food Safety & Hygiene certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily operations task and role
• Ensuring service is ready, timely execution of daily meals and festive specials
• Work closely with the team and be a team player to ensure that product and service standards are maintained at all times
• Take account and monitor daily customer feedback and work with Culinary and Operations teams to rectify products / services issue
• Work with Culinary, Dietician / Nutritionist and Client teams on cyclical menu planning activity
• Perform simple cutting of vegetable, meat and fruit
• Perform simple sandwich and dessert making
• Setting up of dining hall to be ready for operations
• Carry out hygiene task (not limited to cleaning and washing)
• Perform pot wash and ware wash
