Job summary

MINERVA WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Production Operator in Singapore to set up and operate production equipment, ensuring safe and efficient processing. The role requires inspecting and maintaining equipment, keeping the workspace clean, and supporting junior operators while following all safety protocols.

The position offers a 5-day work week from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm with a basic salary of SGD 2,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Setup production equipment and supplies before executing job orders.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance for production efficiency and quality.
• Inspect equipment to identify replacements, malfunctions and repairs.
• Maintain work area clean, safe and organized.
• Contribute to waste management programs.
• Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.

Job description

1. Setup production equipment and supplies before executing job orders.

2. Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.

3. Ensure equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition.

4. Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctioning and/or required repairing.

5. Perform regular equipment maintenance for production efficiency and quality.

6. Clean equipment when needed.

7. Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete assigned duties in a timely manner.

8. Operate industrial transportation vehicles such as pallet jack, electric stacker, and etc., to transfer production parts between working areas.

9. Follow safety procedures and company policies on production operations.

10. Maintain work area clean, safe and organized.

11. Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

12. Contribute to waste management programs.

13. Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately.

14. Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.

15. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.

Work 5 days, 8.30am to 6pm

Basic Salary: $2000 per month
