Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Tuas, Singapore, is hiring for a production operator on a full-time basis. The role involves operating and assisting with production activities, moving plastic drums, and following safety procedures. Shift work with rotating schedules is required, with morning/afternoon shifts and OT as needed.

Eligible candidates should be safety-conscious, able to learn quickly, and comfortable with rotating shifts. Transport is provided for workers home after the afternoon shift.

• Operate and assist with production activities according to work procedures.
• Handle and move plastic drums within the workplace.
• Maximum item weight is 17.5kg; drums are rolled, no heavy lifting.
• Ensure production materials are handled safely and efficiently.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and keep area clean and organized.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Salary: $2,300 - $2,500 Basic + Allowances

• Morning Shift: 7:45am - 5:30pm
• Afternoon Shift: 4:15pm - 2:00am

Shift Rotation

Shift rotation every 2 weeks

Salary & Allowances

• Basic Salary: $2,300 - $2,500/month
• Meal Allowance: $3/day
• OT Meal Allowance: Additional $3/day when working OT
• Attendance Allowance: $100/month
• Afternoon Shift Allowance: +$12/day

Transport

Transport provided to send workers home after the afternoon shift

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with production activities according to work procedures.
• Handle and move plastic drums within the workplace.
• Maximum item weight is 17.5kg. No heavy lifting required - plastic drums are moved by rolling.
• Ensure production materials are handled safely and efficiently.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

• Able to work rotating shifts and OT when required.
