Job summary

RECRUIT123 PTE. LTD. is actively seeking Production Operators to support multiple client sites island-wide in Singapore. You will operate and monitor production machinery, perform quality checks, and sustain a safe, organized work area across shifts.

Flexibility for day/night shifts and weekends may be required. Candidates with relevant factory experience and strong safety awareness are encouraged to apply, with on-the-job training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum N/O/A level, NITEC, or equivalent; candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant experience are welcome.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred; on-the-job training provided for suitable candidates.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and public holidays where applicable.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical work.
• Team player with good attendance and safety consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery/equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform routine quality checks on materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors/technicians.
• Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Handle material loading/unloading, packing, and labelling as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) guidelines.
• Complete production records, checklists, and shift handover reports accurately.
• Support inventory checks and stock replenishment on the production line.
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

We are currently sourcing for Production Operators on behalf of various manufacturing clients across different industries (electronics, precision engineering, F&B, chemical, and general manufacturing). Multiple locations available island-wide — East, West, North
