Job summary

YI SHI YUAN PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a production operator to set up equipment and supplies before orders, operate machinery safely, and perform routine maintenance in a clean, air-conditioned production area.

You will follow SOPs and safety rules, support process improvements, and work under supervision with a positive, learning mindset. Overtime may be required in this hands-on role within a weekdays + alternate Saturdays schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Ability to communicate with Chinese and English-speaking colleagues.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Set up production equipment and supplies before executing job orders.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Perform equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Work under supervisor guidance to perform and complete duties in a timely manner.
• Follow SOPs, hygiene, safety, and company policies for equipment operation.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
