Job summary

BD Singapore, Tuas Plant, is looking for hands-on Production Technicians to join our high‑performing manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine preventive maintenance to meet production, quality, and safety targets.

As part of a global medical technology leader, you will record production data, support changeovers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, technical operations, or machine maintenance is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive productivity and quality performance.
