Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI engineering.
• Strong programming and software engineering skills; hands-on ML experience.
• Experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn and modern AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models and AI systems into production.
• Build scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability in production.
• Implement MLOps including CI/CD, versioning, experiment tracking, and retraining.
• Monitor model performance, drift, and system reliability in production.
• Develop AI capabilities across domains such as CV and NLP; explore generative AI and agents.
• Ensure data governance, security, and engineering best practices.
