Qualifications

• Solid ML foundations and neural architectures.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models.
• Able to write production-quality code and learn new tools quickly.
• Curious and coachable with ownership over time.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve ML components across data, training, evaluation, and inference.
• Fine-tune models as part of production systems.
• Implement evaluation, testing, and monitoring of model behavior.
• Develop data pipelines for real and synthetic data.
• Debug production incidents and ship improvements.
