Job summary

SUNLAND (S) PTE. LTD. is actively seeking a Production Planner to develop and manage production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with customer demand.

You will forecast material needs, coordinate with procurement and logistics, monitor capacity, and use ERP/MRP data to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role requires close collaboration with sales, production, and supply chain teams to optimize workflow and inventory health.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Develop and manage production schedules to meet customerdemand and delivery timelines.
• Material Planning: Forecast and plan raw material requirements, ensuring timelyprocurement and minimal stockouts.
• Capacity Management: Assess machine and manpower capacity to optimizeutilization.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and maintainaccurate records.
• Coordination: Liaise with production, procurement, logistics, and sales teamsto align schedules.
• Data Analysis: Use ERP/MRP systems to analyse demand forecasts, lead times, andproduction efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for better workflow.
