Job summary

Quasar Medical is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a high-volume manufacturing line, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to safety standards. You will lead a team of assemblers and supervisors, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve defects and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in technical field or equivalent work experience; BS preferred.
• 2–3 years lead or supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment, preferably in Medical Device Manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities and ability to lead a team of product builders.
• Computer literacy; familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production safety and discipline; support Health and Safety programs (DWB, BBS, H&S meetings).
• Supervise and coach assemblers and team leaders; drive KPI performance (yield, materials accuracy, productivity).
• Plan production per schedule; monitor progress and resource allocation (manpower, equipment, materials).
• Coordinate with departments to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records and document management for production line integrity and accuracy.
