Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team environment.
• Possess basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing and integrating equipment or machine components.
• Support product verification and testing to ensure products meet specifications.
• Assist with material selection and basic material testing.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of machines and equipment.
• Participate in workplace and equipment risk assessments.
• Assist in equipment or system setup for production.
• Support quality assurance activities such as inspections and checks.
• Perform basic data capture for batch traceability.
• Prepare simple technical reports and documentation.
• Work with engineers and technicians to support daily production activities.
• Assist production daily work on parts inspection, reject analysis, packaging study and others.
