Job summary

InternSG is seeking a Production Engineer to oversee daily production and delivery at the Tuas batching plant in Singapore. You will coordinate with foremen and workers to ensure workflow aligns with the plan and address floor issues as they arise.

The role requires planning and issuing daily production and delivery schedules, minimizing wastage, enforcing safety rules, and verifying that incoming, in-process and outgoing materials meet client requirements, all while stationing at Tuas batching

Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure daily production and delivery is according to Production Engineer's plan
• 2. Attend to production floor problems faced by Production Foreman and workers
• 3. Coordinate and organize the production and delivery activities to achieve a smooth flow in process
• 4. Ensure safety rules and regulations are observed at all times in the production yard
• 5. Conduct confirmation inspection for incoming, in-process and outgoing products/materials
• 6. Plan and issue daily production and delivery schedule
• 7. Ensure minimum wastage of raw materials
• 8. Ensure that plant production and delivery is in accordance to client's project requirements
