TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Production/Engineering professional to support monthly reporting and process improvements in our precision stamping operation.

You will collaborate with planners and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. Applicants should hold a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Precision Engineering and have hands‑on experience in a manufacturing/stamping environment, including troubleshooting on the production line and planning activities.

Competenze

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in a manufacturing/stamping environment.
• Possess some manufacturing line working experience on process troubleshooting and planning.

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly production report.
• Daily monitoring process safety, quality & quantity.
• Update process WI when necessary.
• Lead stamping members and toolmakers to achieve production target.
• Communicate with planner and internal process members to meet delivery schedule.
• Involved in QCC / Kaizen activity & 5S housekeeping.
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by superiors.
