Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Production/Manufacturing role to supervise stamping operations. The role focuses on producing monthly reports, monitoring production processes to maintain safety, quality, and output targets, and updating WI as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Precision Engineering with a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing or stamping, and will lead stamping team members to meet production goals in a on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or stamping environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly production reports.
• Monitor daily production processes to ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met.
• Review and update process Work Instructions (WI) when required.
• Lead stamping team members and toolmakers to achieve production targets.
• Coordinate with planners and internal process teams to ensure delivery schedules are met.
• Participate in QCC, Kaizen activities, and 5S housekeeping initiatives.

Job description

• Basic Salary: $3,500 - $4,500

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:45am - 4:45pm

• Location: Joo Koon (Lok Yang)
