MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Production/Manufacturing supervisor with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Precision Engineering and at least 3 years in a stamping/manufacturing environment. The role involves leading stamping teams, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery, and updating work instructions.

Location is Joo Koon, Singapore, with a Mon-Fri schedule from 7:45am to 4:45pm. Basic salary is SGD 3,500 to 4,500 per month, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or stamping environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly production reports.
• Monitor daily production processes to ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met.
• Review and update process Work Instructions (WI) when required.
• Lead stamping team members and toolmakers to achieve production targets.
• Coordinate with planners and internal process teams to ensure delivery schedules are met.
• Participate in QCC, Kaizen activities, and 5S housekeeping initiatives.
