You will manage daily production, oversee frame manufacturing and installation, and drive process improvements while maintaining high-quality standards for valuable artwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities from planning to completion.
• Coordinate frame manufacturing, assembly, finishing, glazing, packing and installation.
• Ensure work meets exact specifications and high-quality standards.
• Develop and improve production processes for efficiency and precision.
• Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and job requirements accurately.
• Oversee glass cutting, glazing, framing and installation processes.
• Implement strict quality-control procedures for high-value artwork and gallery projects.
• Manage production schedules, workflow, materials and manpower.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, galleries, artists and internal teams to deliver on time.
• Identify production issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Supervise and train production and installation staff.
• Ensure safe working practices and proper handling of delicate artwork.
• Monitor material usage, wastage, tools, equipment and costs.
• Continuously improve workshop systems, machinery, tooling and methods.
