Air Liquide Singapore seeks a Production Engineer to act as a technical resource for Operations, applying engineering skills to optimize plant performance and ensure safe, compliant production of quality products. The role emphasizes Lean and Continuous Improvement, cross‑functional collaboration with Maintenance, Quality, and HSE, and driving change through MOC processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in process/production engineering, a chemical engineering degree, and proficiency in P&ID

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (BS) or above in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum of 3+ years experience in process, production, or project engineering, preferably within high purity specialty chemicals, food, nuclear, semiconductor or pharmaceutical plant operations.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Ability to learn technical chemical processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read and interpret P&ID diagrams.
Root cause investigation training and methodology.

Responsabilités

Act as a technical resource to optimize plant operations and resolve technical and operational problems.
Drive change implementation and sustained gains through collaboration with Maintenance, Quality, HSE.
Establish and monitor KPIs daily and drive gap closure against plant goals.
Design, develop, and manage local capital projects to improve efficiency, reliability, safety, and product lines.
Lead or participate in major interventions and ensure full recovery and post-event performance.
