Job summary

ORIENTAL EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a production team lead to oversee line leaders and operators to meet daily output, quality, productivity and yield. The role includes supervising daily pass-down meetings and addressing escalated line issues.

You will manage manpower, overtime and consumables planning, ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are followed, and coach staff to improve performance. Flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and extra hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily production output, quality, productivity and yield.
• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalated line issues if any.
• Oversee manpower/overtime and consumables planning.
• Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are being followed.
• Conduct training/coaching to leaders & operators to improve performance.
• Implement ideas and improvement activities to prevent human errors.
• Ensure good discipline and housekeeping in the line.
• Coordinate with other departments to support projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance activities in the fab.
• Willingness to work night shift and split shift.
• Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed
