Job summary

BIOTRONIK Singapore is seeking a Production Assembly Operator II (Final Process) to join our global manufacturing team. You will follow working instructions, perform final process steps, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring cGMP compliance and a safe, organized work area.

The role requires experience in clean-room and production environments, plus at least 3 years as a Process Technician and trainer certification.

Qualifications

• Completed professional education preferred.
• Experience working in a clean-room environment is advantageous.
• Experience in production environment and inspection tasks or machine handling is preferable.
• Experience as Process Technician for at least 3 years with outstanding performance.
• Certified as trainer by process owner.

Responsibilities

• Follow valid guidelines, working instructions and hygiene rules.
• Independently execute process steps and surveil execution per instructions.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies and maintain conformance documentation.
• Highlight issues to supervisor or HR, participate in Kaizen to minimize waste.
• Contribute to a positive working culture and assist with trainer tasks when needed.
• Maintain safety, equipment upkeep and clean work environment.
• Perform sampling checks for new hires under stage 2 training.
• Train new hires on production processes (trainer only).

Production Assembly Operator II (Final Process)

Responsibilities

• Follow the currently valid guidelines (e.g., working instructions, process descriptions, hygiene rules, environmental protection guidelines, cGMP, clear table policies).
• Independently execute different process steps and surveil process execution according to written working instructions, according to the training level of the employee.
• Notify the supervisor of any observed discrepancies (process and quality discrepancies, security breaches, outdated calibration data, deviations in the documentation).
• Maintain correct and conformance documentation (e.g., when completing move tickets or inspection protocols).
• Highlight any issues immediately to the supervisor or the HR department.
• Participate actively in the Kaizen process (e.g., minimize waste).
• Contribute to a positive working culture.
• If needed, perform individual tasks defined by the supervisor that are within the work responsibility of an operator and/or are necessary to achieve organizational performance.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the physical location.
• Perform sampling check for new hires who are under stage 2 training during the trainer’s absence.
• Be able to train new hires on production processes (trainer only).
