Job summary

wearemighty is seeking AI Agent Engineers to design and ship production-grade AI agent systems that power customer workflows end-to-end. You will own prompt engineering, context pipelines, and retrieval systems, with a strong focus on reliability, cost efficiency, and user experience.

You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable, fast systems and contribute to system design decisions, ensuring operability across thousands of users daily.

Qualifications

• Production experience building LLM-powered or agent-based applications.
• Experience with at least three: Agent architectures, Prompting/Context engineering, Tool use, Retrieval/RAG systems, Evaluation design, Memory, or Prompt/response caching.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship production-ready AI agent systems powering workflows.
• Build and refine agent loops with planning, tool use, reflection and retries.
• Own prompting and context engineering, including templates and few-shot strategies.
• Architect retrieval systems using RAG approaches, hybrid search and chunking.
• Design memory systems for short-term and long-term context across sessions.
• Develop evaluation harnesses: benchmarks, A/B tests, regression suites.
• Optimize cost and latency via caching, routing, and streaming techniques.
• Create and maintain agent infrastructure: sandboxes, servers, observability.
• Move features from prototype to production with robust logging and error handling.
• Collaborate with product to ship reliable, user-facing AI features.
