Brenntag Singapore is seeking an operations coordinator to manage receiving, stock movements, and inventory control across SAP, WHM, and related systems. You will generate internal documents, raise purchase requests, and coordinate with import agents to ensure timely delivery.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and raise write-off forms for management approval.
• Perform SAP transactions and file for audit purposes.
• Create Salesforce cases for receiving discrepancies or goods movement.
• Perform stock transfers in SAP.
• Conduct Goods Receipt in SAP for White Oil bulk deliveries with accurate batch, shipping, and quantity data.
• Coordinate with import agents to ensure timely arrival of raw materials and bulk goods.
• Generate production orders from weekly schedules and track until closure.
• Update WHM inventory and track stock movements.
• Record flushing, gain, and loss transactions per production plan.
• Lead weekly Production Meeting and align with the Regional Planner on timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels of warehouse and production equipment.
• Raise PRs for all operational items and equipment.
• Update Daily Filling Report and maintain production activity records.
• Perform GR for indirect purchase orders (services, maintenance, storage).
• Prepare monthly forklift checklist and distribute to operators.
• Create and upload attendance forms for Toolbox Meetings and safety sessions.
• Provide translation/coordination support for Operations.
• Follow up with QA/QC on Blending Forms.
• Develop and maintain Work Instructions for operational processes.
• Request quotations from suppliers for operational needs.
• Monitor availability of empty drums for production.
• Track monthly disposal of waste or obsolete items.
• Generate and extract weekly QI reports from SAP.
• Create and maintain maintenance checklists for equipment.
• Provide coverage for colleagues during absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
