Job summary

Circle Digital Ventures in Singapore is seeking a talented Visual & UI/UX Designer who can blend strong visual design with hands-on digital product design for mobile apps, responsive websites, dashboards and portals.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Engineering to translate briefs into clear, engaging visuals and intuitive interfaces, while also producing marketing creatives and collateral that reinforce our brand.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience spanning visual design and digital product UI/UX.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both marketing creatives and product-interface design.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout and interactive prototyping.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces and preparing developer-ready specifications.
• Knowledge of print production requirements and digital asset specifications.
• Ability to take a design brief from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, advertising creatives, email graphics and website banners.
• Create brochures, flyers, product sheets, sales presentations and other customer-facing collateral.
• Develop event materials such as booth graphics, backdrops, standees and promotional assets.
• Translate campaign briefs and product information into clear and engaging visual communication.
• Adapt designs across digital channels, print formats and different target audiences.
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers or external vendors when required.
• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes.
• Design interfaces for mobile applications, responsive websites, dashboards and business portals.
• Create complete user journeys covering onboarding, navigation, forms and task completion.
• Define loading, empty, error and success states with clear interaction behaviour.
• Apply accessibility, usability and responsive-design principles.
• Gather user and stakeholder feedback and refine designs to improve clarity and ease of use.
• Prepare developer handoffs with design specifications, assets and responsive guidance.
• Review implemented interfaces and collaborate with developers to resolve usability and visual issues.
