Job summary

INDEX CAREER CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product/Test Engineering professional to support diverse RF, mixed-signal, and digital products from development through production release.

You will work closely with test and production teams to drive debugging, reliability qualification, and yield enhancements, and you will communicate technical product status to management. The role requires a degree or diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and at least one year of relevant

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum one year relevant experience in Product/Test Engineering with foundry background preferred.
• Solid understanding of test concepts for digital, mixed-signal and RF products.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE is a plus.
• Good experience with statistics and data mining.
• Exposure to JMP, CEDA or Data Power/Optimal Plus is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting (perl/java/vba) and automation in reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for a wide range of products (RF/Mixed Signal / Digital) from development to production release.
• Collaborate with test engineering and production support teams to drive debug, reliability qualification and yield improvement.
• Communicate product status to management in a clear and timely manner.
• Define product testing requirements with customers and align on production release criteria.
• Coordinate with Foundries and test subcontractors to resolve production issues.
• Generate detailed status reports, test limits, correlation and yield summaries.
• Support yield improvement, test time reduction and retest rate improvements during production ramp.
