Job summary

VF Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Supply Digital Engineering to lead and manage technology teams that design, develop, and operate end-to-end digital solutions across the product supply organization.

The role drives digital transformation initiatives spanning AI, automation, data & analytics, systems integration, and ERP—enabling VF's supply chain operations to be smarter, faster, and more resilient.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the digital transformation roadmap for APAC supply chain operations, spanning AI, automation, data, integration, and ERP domains.
• Align product supply business needs, developer talent, and technology trends to determine solution development priorities across supply chain domains.
• Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to identify high-value transformation opportunities and translate them into executable technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with the architecture team to establish solution architecture standards for Product Supply Digital systems, ensuring scalability, resilience, and interoperability.
• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions for supply chain use cases, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, quality inspection, and logistics intelligence.
• Drive intelligent automation initiatives across manufacturing, warehousing, and fulfillment operations using RPA, process mining, and workflow automation platforms.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI/ML frameworks and tools relevant to supply chain optimization, and build team capability in applied AI engineering.
• Oversee the development of supply chain data platforms, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and real-time analytics dashboards to support operational decision-making.
