Google Payments is building the next generation of digital wallets and commerce experiences. We are seeking a Product and Business Strategy Leader to shape strategy, drive prioritization, and execute cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships to scale our payments portfolio in Singapore and beyond.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate market insights into rigorous business plans and go-to-market programs, influencing resource allocation and delivering

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, product strategy and operations, go-to-market strategy, corporate strategy or similar analytical role in tech or financial services.
• Experience leading end-to-end cross-functional programs and go-to-market initiatives.
• Fluent in English; Japanese language ability is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and cross-functional leads to test strategy and prioritize portfolio.
• Act as the commercial arm alongside Partnerships, Marketing and other teams to launch features and drive growth.
• Advocate governance, standardize processes, and enable rapid, data-driven decision making.
• Craft clear executive narratives and present updates to senior leadership.
