Job summary

Ocean Network Express is seeking a Product Owner to translate business needs into actionable product opportunities and manage the product backlog and roadmap.

You will collaborate with product leads, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver digital logistics solutions, write user stories with acceptance criteria, lead UAT, and base decisions on data‑driven insights while safeguarding non‑functional requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or related role; manager level possible with more experience.
• Proven track record delivering digital products with business and technical teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Lead to align roadmap with business strategy and translate insights into opportunities.
• Treat requirements as hypotheses and validate through research, data analysis, and experiments.
• Maintain roadmap boundaries and present estimates and investment analyses for approvals.
• Own solution design and user journeys; coordinate refinements and design reviews.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria including security and non-functional requirements.
• Balance new features with technical debt and architectural needs.
• Ensure user stories are ready for delivery; co-lead UAT and go/no-go readiness.
• Establish metrics before release and analyze post-launch data for insights and improvement.
• Collaborate with Technical Architecture, GPM, and SMEs; document behavior and capture feedback.
