• Write clear acceptance criteria and definition of done.
• Create roadmaps, release plans and phased delivery strategies.
• Understand data models, REST APIs and system workflows.
• Identify dynamic data, missing fields and required decisions.
• Provide precise feedback on designs and working software.
• Balance customer value, UX, engineering effort, risk and timelines.
• Plan rollouts, migrations and release communications.
• Define success measures and track adoption using evidence.
