Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to review manufacturing and quality docs, perform inspections, and manage records. You will support batch records, labeling, investigations and CAPA in a GMP environment.

The ideal candidate holds a NITEC or Diploma with relevant QA/QC exposure and knowledge of QMS. Role requires compliance and cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Min NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry or Engineering.
• Prior QA/QC or manufacturing ops experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GMP, GxP docs and QMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify manufacturing and quality documentation to ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and walkdowns in production areas, including cleanrooms.
• Manage quality documents, records and samples with proper filing and retention.
• Support manufacturing ops through batch record prep, label printing and documentation management.
• Assist in investigating quality issues, deviations and customer complaints, and support CAPA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, QMS and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

Job description

Duties:
Review and verify manufacturing and quality documentation to ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards.

Conduct quality inspections and routine walkdowns in production areas, including cleanroom environments.

Manage quality documents, records and samples, ensuring proper documentation, filing and retention.

Support manufacturing operations through batch record preparation, label printing and documentation management.

Assist in investigating quality issues, deviations and customer complaints, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and maintain quality standards.

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality management systems and workplace safety requirements.

Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry or Engineering.

• Prior experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or manufacturing operations is an advantage.

• Knowledge of GMP, GxP documentation and quality management systems is preferred.
