Job summary

EXIM & MFR ENTERPRISE in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to build and manage a structured product portfolio across our offerings. You will define categories, develop roadmaps, and enable sales with training and technical support.

The role requires strong understanding of product lifecycle management and the ability to translate technical features into customer value for industrial solutions. Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or related commercial role within an industrial or engineering environment.
• Good understanding of product portfolio management and product lifecycle management.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate product features, applications, and value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish a structured product portfolio by identifying, defining, and maintaining product categories across the company's offerings.
• Evaluate the current product portfolio and recommend rationalization, expansion, or consolidation based on market trends, customer needs, and business strategy.
• Develop product roadmaps and category strategies to support long-term business growth.
• Develop and implement a structured product training roadmap for Sales, Customer Service, and other relevant functions.
• Deliver regular product, application, and solution-based training to strengthen product knowledge and consultative selling skills.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert by providing technical advice and product support for customer enquiries and key sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product manuals, sales playbooks, technical guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and principals to organize product certification, technical workshops, and new product launch training.
• Support the Sales team by providing product expertise during customer meetings, technical discussions, and key business opportunities.
