Bulten Group is seeking a Product Manager in Singapore to strategically organize the product portfolio, develop roadmaps, and drive category strategies across its offerings. You will train Sales, Customer Service, and other teams while acting as the product expert for customers and opportunities.

The role requires strong technical understanding of product features and applications, with experience in industrial environments.

• Minimum 5 years in Product Management or related roles within industrial/engineering environments.

Exim established in 1982 in Singapore, Exim & Mfr Enterprise provides quality-assured fasteners, electro-mechanical components, sleevings / tubings, wires, wiring management accessories and C-parts to multinational manufacturers and equipment makers across diversified industries.

Description And Tasks

• Develop and establish a structured product portfolio by identifying, defining, and maintaining product categories across the company's offerings.
• Evaluate the current product portfolio and recommend rationalization, expansion, or consolidation based on market trends, customer needs and business strategy.
• Develop product roadmaps and category strategies to support long-term business growth.
• Develop and implement a structured product training roadmap for Sales, Customer Service, and other relevant functions.
• Deliver regular product, application, and solution-based training to strengthen product knowledge and consultative selling skills.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert by providing technical advice and product support for customer enquiries and key sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product manuals, sales playbooks, technical guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and principals to organize product certification, technical workshops, and new product launch training.
• Support the Sales team by providing product expertise during customer meetings, technical discussions, and key business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or a related commercial role within an industrial or engineering environment.
• Good understanding of product portfolio management and product lifecycle management.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product features, applications, and value propositions.
