Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling product businesscases, strategic value propositions, and marketing plans.
Monitor market trends and competitive practices to inform and refine product vision,roadmap, requirements, and performance metrics.
Convert the product roadmap into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Oversee design and development teams to deliver innovative product features throughtesting and iteration.
Compile and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including businessrequirements, manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
Manage essential product documentation such as change requests, memorandums, testingprotocols, and contractual agreements.
Lead daily product operations and coordinate with key stakeholders to swiftly resolveoperational issues.
Support merchant onboarding by liaising with tech and sales teams to ensure seamlessintegration.
Organize and execute user testing for product enhancements and merchant-driven featurerequests.
At least 8 years of experience in product management within the payments domain orclosely related functions.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
Proven experience working across technology, sales, and operations teams, with a strong interest and background in payments and product management.
