Augmentus in Singapore seeks a Documentation & QA coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract, onsite with potential to convert to permanent. You will maintain product documentation, run QA processes, and manage media assets to reflect current builds.
Responsibilities include drafting user guides, performing bug reports with clear steps, testing releases on hardware, and ensuring publishing workflows meet house conventions. Recent graduates welcome with 0–3 years' experience.
A 6-month contract role, full-time and onsite in Singapore, with the potential to convert to a permanent position. You will keep our product documentation true to the build, exercise releases the way a customer would, and keep the media and assets around the product current.
Documentation & Product Content Keep user guide content accurate as the product evolves across releases and features. Draft and update pages, and replace screenshots that no longer match the current build. Run quality checks against documentation standards, and flag gaps, outdated steps, and inconsistencies. Verify every change against the current build before it is published.
Quality Assurance & Bug Reporting Exercise the product and website from a customer's perspective to surface regressions. File bug reports with clear reproduction steps, expected versus actual behaviour, environment, and evidence. Perform hands-on testing of releases, including on robot cells and hardware setups where relevant. Verify fixes from a clean state and close the loop with the engineering team.
Media & Asset Operations Triage raw footage for usability and standardise to house specification without modifying originals. Catalogue video and image assets so the library stays searchable as it grows. Run video production pipelines under review.
Process & Tooling Operate the team's existing Claude Code workflows for documentation, cataloguing, and media production. Verify tool and agent output against source before it reaches a customer — these workflows produce confident output that is sometimes wrong. Maintain house conventions for naming, versioning, and asset structure. Take on publishing rights progressively as judgement is demonstrated, against written criteria.
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics), Information Systems, Business, Design & AI, Information Engineering & Media.

Eye for detail — you verify things against the source rather than trusting what a tool reports.

Ownership mindset; able to work a backlog with light supervision.
Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Technical writing, QA, or product support experience.
