Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a product-focused professional to define and drive the product vision and roadmap.

You will collaborate with business users, operations and technology teams to translate needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, while coordinating vendors and managing risks and timelines. You will track performance, gather user feedback and lead continuous improvements, ensuring delivery within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• Background in product management, IT project delivery or SaaS/digital system maintenance.
• Experience with full lifecycle of digital products and stakeholder workshops.
• Experience prioritising SRs and backlogs with solution assessment and UAT.
• Experience with incident analysis and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision, roadmap and priorities aligned with business needs.
• Rank capabilities by value, risk and dependencies.
• Track product performance and user feedback for improvements.
• Translate needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate service and enhancement requests to address underlying needs.
• Support solution assessment, UAT and validation of delivered solutions.
• Deliver product enhancements within scope, budget and timeline.
• Coordinate business, technology and vendor teams to manage risks and dependencies.
• Report progress, expenditure, risks and decisions to management.
• Keep product documentation up to date and ensure live product stays reliable.
• Investigate incidents with technical and support teams and identify root causes.
• Drive corrective actions to reduce repeat issues.
• Convert insights into process or product improvements.
• Manage vendor engagements and contracts for implementation and maintenance.
• Review vendor proposals and track performance against terms.
• Track spend and procurement changes with governance teams.
• Act as main link between business users, operations, technology, vendors and stakeholders.
• Facilitate decisions and align priorities across groups.
• Share plans and outcomes with stakeholders and management.
