• 1–2 years of experience in Printer, Consumer Electronics, or IT industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities to assess situations and develop proposals.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Self-disciplined, time-conscious, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• A passion for technology and IT products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with regional sales companies to achieve sales and other targets.
• Monitor regional Sell-in/Sell-out/Sell-Through to ensure healthy sales and inventory.
• Analyze market activities and market share data to derive market strategies.
• Conduct market research and translate consumer/tech trends into business decisions.
• Understand consumer needs to identify products/services for segments and influence product road map.
• Lead new product launches, including pricing strategy and internal training.
• Plan ROI-based support activities.
• Manage product life cycle from pre-launch to end-of-life.
• Develop pricing strategies based on trends and external factors.
• Formulate Go-To-Market strategies to support regional sales targets.
