MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the expansion of the global payments ecosystem across partners and markets. You will own end-to-end onboarding, integrations, testing, and launches, collaborating with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless payment experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in product management, payments, fintech, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems (cards, wallets, gateways, bank transfers).
  • Experience delivering product enhancements, integrations, or technology projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver payment integrations, conduct testing, and support successful launches.
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders, translating them into actionable product and project plans.
  • Monitor payment performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and work with partners to improve transaction success rates and customer experience.
  • Conduct market research on emerging payment methods, industry trends, and fintech innovations to support product strategy and business growth.
  • Manage end-to-end partner onboarding activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
  • Support the ongoing enhancement of payment products and capabilities across global markets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, payments, fintech, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Good understanding of payment ecosystems, including card acquiring and issuing, payment gateways, digital wallets, bank transfers, and alternative payment methods.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements, integrations, or technology projects.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with payment service providers (PSPs), gateways, banks, financial institutions, or payment processors.
  • Exposure to API-based integrations, payment testing, UAT, and partner certification processes.
  • Knowledge of payment performance metrics such as authorization rates, transaction success rates, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Passion for fintech, digital payments, and global commerce.
  • Experience working in an international or multi-market environment is a plus.
