Job summary

Klook is offering an internship opportunity in Singapore for product management with a focus on AI-native workflows. You will design end-to-end platform features, collaborate with Engineering and Design, and translate business needs into user-friendly product solutions in a fast-paced travel e-commerce setting.

This role emphasizes hands-on use of AI tools and emerging technologies, with mentorship and cross-functional exposure across global teams.

Qualifications

• Current students graduating in 2027 (Bachelor's degree or above). The minimum internship commitment period required is from Dec 2026 to Feb 2027.
• Problem-solving, logical thinking, self-motivation & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Stay open-minded and curious about emerging technologies. Keep up to date with mainstream AI products and understand the capabilities and limitations of leading large language models (LLMs). Have hands-on experience using AI tools to solve real-world problems, demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new technologies, and adapt quickly to a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end design of platform features. Dive deep into user needs, map out product flows, and constantly find ways to elevate product value.


• Work hand-in-hand with our Engineering and Design teams to manage project timelines, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery.


• Collaborate with business teams across the globe to identify market opportunities and translate complex business needs into seamless product solutions.
