Job summary

Blackpanda is seeking a Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and improvements of our internal GTM and incident response platform. You will coordinate four interconnected systems that power commercial operations and client delivery across APAC, translating business requirements into precise product specifications.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, engineering, and customer delivery, requiring SCRUM discipline, strong analytics, and clear stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of internal tools or platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AGILE methodologies and SCRUM.
• Experience managing cross-system integrations and data flows (API design, ETL, data mapping).
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Comfort with ambiguity and autonomous work in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product roadmap for Blackpanda's GTM and IR technology stack.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for each system and monitor adoption and impact.
• Maintain a living requirements document and product backlog reflecting business needs.
• Partner with Revenue Ops, Finance, Sales, Response, Technology and Leadership to translate requirements into backlog items.
• Run discovery, backlog refinement, and sprint planning to refine requirements.
• Manage scope prioritisation using SCRUM ceremonies and EOS framework.
• Own go-live planning, testing, training, and change management for major releases.
• Ensure data quality and consistent ontology across systems.
