Job summary

happy hour games pte. ltd. is seeking a Product Manager (Game Design) to drive the growth of our casual mobile games. You will shape what we build and why—from designing compelling gameplay and progression to improving retention and monetisation.

This is a hands-on role with ownership of product decisions, feature delivery, and results. Working closely with Engineering, Art, and Marketing, you will turn ideas and player insights into experiences that keep players coming back!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or related field.
• 2+ years of product management or data-driven roles in tech.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis foundation.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and objective evaluation.
• Results-oriented, proactive and ownership-driven.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Passion for mobile games, especially puzzles.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the game as a product from roadmap to live ops.
• Act as product owner with priority calls across experience, data, and business goals.
• Translate player behavior and metrics into product decisions and iterations.
• Drive game balance, pacing and long-term engagement through analytics and testing.
• Define game systems and features with clear loops, progression and risk-reward.
• Create and maintain product documentation (PRDs, flows, diagrams).
• Coordinate with engineering and art to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Maintain the quality bar of shipped features and live game.
