Job summary

Happy Hour Games Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Manager (Game Design) to drive growth for casual mobile games. You will shape what is built, own the roadmap, and work with Engineering, Art, and Marketing to turn player insights into engaging experiences.

In this hands-on role, you will optimize retention, monetisation, and long-term engagement through smart balancing and analytics, with ownership of live operations and feature delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of product management or data-driven experience in the tech industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a foundation in data analysis and logical reasoning.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for mobile games, especially puzzle games, and willingness to play and analyze them regularly.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the game as a product, including the roadmap, feature scope, and delivery from concepts through live operations.
• Act as the product owner, making priority calls and trade-offs across player experience, data, and business goals.
• Translate player behavior, feedback, and metrics into clear product decisions and iteration plans.
• Drive game balance, pacing, and long-term engagement through analytics, testing, and continuous tuning.
• Define game systems and features, ensuring clear loops, progression, and risk-reward.
• Create and maintain product and feature documentation (PRDs, flows, diagrams, visual references).
• Coordinate closely with engineering and art teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Own the quality bar of shipped features and continuously improve the live game.
